Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. 

If you wash it that way, the cotton does not shrink. High temperatures are what make most clothing shrink slightly. We use preshrunk pima cotton in all our clothing so even if you do wash and dry in high temperatures, the shrinking is very minimal.
